Thomas Eye Group Expands in Gwinnett County to Serve Patients in Suwanee, Sugar Hill, Buford Areas

Full-service eye care provider opens ninth metro Atlanta location in Suwanee after serving the Lilburn community for more than 20 years

October 9, 2012 – Thomas Eye Group, which offers eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and LASIK, as well as medical, surgical and cosmetic services to patients ranging in age from infants to seniors, announced today that it will open its ninth location in the metro area on Oct. 29.

“What makes this location unique is that it will incorporate the latest in design techniques and all the latest diagnostic equipment,” said Rod Roeser, CEO for Thomas Eye Group. “This will also be a full-service location including pediatrics.”

The new office, located at 1120 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, was established to meet the patient demand for services that has grown exponentially over the past couple of years in Gwinnett. The office is staffed by seasoned Thomas Eye Group professionals including Jeffrey A. Carlisle M.D., a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive ophthalmic care, LASIK and refractive surgery; Kenneth R. Neufeld, M.D., a board certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon with specialized training in cosmetic and functional procedures around the upper face, brow and eyelids; Jeri S. Salit, M.D., a fellowship-trained, board certified pediatric ophthalmologist; and Alan Brown, O.D., a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry specializing in pediatric and adult medical eye care.
